Wide Frequency Coverage1435A/B/C/D/F signal generators offer a frequency range from 9kHz to 3GHz/6GHz/12GHz/20GHz/40GHz. The entire series provides a low starting frequency of as low as 9kHz and a high-end frequency of up to 40GHz, meeting the requirements of wideband testing applications. |
High Output PowerBy selecting the H08 high-power output option, 1435A/B/C/D models deliver a measured output power of over 20dBm across the entire frequency range, while the 1435F provides over 17dBm. In test scenarios requiring high-power excitation signals, 1435 series can generate the desired test signal without the need for an external amplifier. |

Excellent Single Sideband Phase Noise1435 series signal generator offers two selectable phase noise modes. The standard mode achieves a measured single sideband phase noise of -101dBc/Hz at 10GHz @10kHz offset, while the optional low-phase-noise mode reduces this to as low as -116dBc/Hz at 10GHz @10kHz offset. Users can select the appropriate phase noise level based on actual requirements, achieving an optimal balance between performance and cost-effectiveness. |
Extremely Short Frequency Switching Time1435 enables fast frequency switching across the entire frequency range, with a measured switching time of 0.67ms, meeting the demands of high-speed testing applications. |

High-Performance Pulse ModulationThe instrument offers a pulse on/off ratio greater than 80dB, with rise and fall times of less than 10ns. When equipped with the narrow pulse option H04, the minimum pulse width can be as low as 20ns, with a pulse width range of 20ns to 42s–10 ns and a step size of 10ns. It supports various triggering methods, including gated triggering and external triggering, and also provides a pulse train function required for testing. |
Multifunction Function GeneratorThe multifunction function generator consists of seven waveform generators, used to generate AM/FM/ΦM modulation signals and low-frequency output signals. Among them, two waveform generators can be internally summed to generate dual-tone modulation signals for AM/FM/ΦM applications. The seven waveform generators include:
The sine wave frequency range of the waveform generators is 0.1Hz to 10MHz, while the triangle wave, square wave, sawtooth wave, and pulse wave have a frequency range of 0.1Hz to 1MHz, with a frequency resolution of 0.1Hz. |

High-Sensitivity LED TouchscreenThe instrument features a 7-inch wide LED display with a resolution of 800×480 pixels, clearly presenting device status information. The capacitive touchscreen, combined with a custom-designed user interface, ensures sensitive and accurate touch response. In addition to touchscreen control, the instrument can also be operated via front panel keys, a rotary knob with enter function, or an external keyboard/mouse, offering users convenient and flexible operation options. Compact and Lightweight DesignAdopting a 3U portable chassis design, 1435 series significantly reduces both size and weight compared to traditional benchtop instruments. The heaviest model weighs only 10.9kg, while the lightest model is as low as 7.4kg, making it highly portable and suitable for various application environments. |
