Product Overview

1435-V series signal generator is a high-performance vector signal generator with a frequency range from 9kHz to 6GHz, offering up to 200MHz internal modulation bandwidth and a comprehensive set of digital modulation formats. It meets the simulation requirements for a wide variety of broadband digital modulated signals.

The instrument supports arbitrary waveform modulation in five downloadable data formats, allowing users to edit, download, and configure custom waveforms for simulating various types of signals—meeting the testing needs of complex signal environments. Its built-in baseband signal generator is easy to configure and delivers excellent performance, supporting real-time generation of more than 20 digital modulation formats, including PSK, QAM, FSK, MSK, and others.

1435-V features outstanding spectral purity, with single sideband phase noise as low as:

  • -136dBc/Hz at 1GHz carrier with 10kHz offset
  • -120dBc/Hz at 6GHz carrier with 10kHz offset
It also provides high output power and a wide dynamic range, with a maximum output power of 22dBm @3GHz, and an output dynamic range exceeding 150dB.

Equipped with a 7-inch high-sensitivity touch LED screen, 1435-V supports multiple operation methods including touchscreen control, front panel keys, rotary knob, and external mouse or keyboard, delivering an upgraded and user-friendly experience.

Designed with a compact 3U portable chassis, it features a small footprint and lightweight structure, making it highly portable. 1435-V integrates excellent performance into a space-saving design, satisfying both high-performance testing requirements during R&D and high-efficiency testing demands during production.

Key Features

Comprehensive Digital Modulation Formats

1435-V series signal generator supports real-time generation of more than 20 general digital modulation formats, including PSK, QAM, FSK, MSK, and others.

Excellent Phase Noise Performance

1435-V series signal generator offers two phase noise options for user selection. The standard mode achieves a single sideband phase noise of -104dBc/Hz at 6GHz @10kHz offset, while the optional low-phase-noise mode reduces this to as low as -120dBc/Hz at 6GHz @10kHz offset. Users can select the appropriate phase noise level based on actual requirements, achieving optimal cost-performance trade-off.

High Output Power

By selecting the H08 high-power output option, 1435-V delivers a measured output power of over 20dBm across the entire frequency range. In test scenarios requiring high-power excitation signals, 1435-V can provide the desired test signal without the need for an external amplifier.

High-Sensitivity LED Touchscreen

The instrument features a 7-inch wide LED display with a resolution of 800×480 pixels, clearly presenting device status information. The capacitive touchscreen, combined with a custom-designed user interface, ensures sensitive and accurate touch response. In addition to touchscreen control, the instrument can also be operated via front panel keys, a rotary knob with enter function, or an external keyboard/mouse, offering users convenient and flexible operation options.

High-Compatibility Arbitrary Waveform Data Download

1435-V series signal generator supports direct download and playback of arbitrary waveform data in five storage formats: Mat-File 5, ASCII, Binary, cap, and csv, with a waveform memory depth of up to 2G samples.

Compact and Lightweight Design

Adopting a 3U portable chassis design, 1435-V series significantly reduces both size and weight compared to traditional benchtop instruments. The heaviest model weighs only 9.4kg, while the lightest model is as low as 7.8kg, making it highly portable and suitable for various application environments.
